It is possible to spend a few days in the village and feel that you are in a world of tranquility and good vibes. All influenced by the sea, sand, and sun. There is nothing that this combination of elements cannot cure.

«The Beach House was absolutely amazing. Stunning views and very clean. We had a Paella night also as a family of 8 and it was perfect. Johan arrange travel from the airport (both times) and we knew if we needed anything, Johan would assist with immediate effect. We had no worries and as a big family, this house was wonderful and we all enjoyed our 2 week stay.

  A lovely newly built house in Arenas del Mar,  walking distance to the sea and few minutes drive to Médano. Comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms, large bathrooms and modern kitchen, cosy outside terrace protected from the wind. Swimming pool is heated by the solar panels. From the upstairs main bedroom one can see the ocean and Teide. Would certainly return

  I had a lovely holiday with my friends. Tenerife is a beautiful island, but this house was amazing. It is very tasteful and cleverly decorated, full of comforts and perfectly met expectations as seen in the photos. It was also very nice that we received a detailed instruction in advance regarding the route to the villa. This is a home not a house.

  Ixchel Beach House is a really amazing house, very very well equipped (there was nothing that you needed extra), in a modern designed style, with a lot of spaces for the adults and also for the kids, inside and outside. As its position in El Medano, is near to a virgin beach that was so nice to go to in the morning or for an early walk/running, and close to a shop near by.
The pool was really good maintained and cleaned regularly, with a very nice area to relax by (you can see the ocean) and the water was warm and it was even warmer when we asked for the children.
The rooms have a lot of closets and such a good taste in organising everything. All the appliances were modern and new and it was a pleasure to cook sea food and grilled fish and easy to use.
The host is so nice and warm and we enjoyed to receive any information so prompt and very professional. Thank you so much!

  Beautiful house super close to the beach. We had a great family holiday here. Very close to El Medano but the house is so nice you can easily spend your whole time here. We also travelled with our baby and it was perfect with a cot and high chair provided. Would definitely recommend for your trip to Tenerife!
